- Headspace – Helps with guided imagery and meditation. Allows you to write about and process difficult thoughts and feelings. Ages 7 and up
- Breathe2Relax – Free application that allows you to learn how to extend you in-breaths and out-breaths
- Meditation Oasis – Meditations are simple and focus on letting go of unnecessary and damaging thoughts; daytime meditations as well as those aimed at improving sleep and reducing anxiety

- Dailyo – Helps you to set daily goals and will remind you. Allows you to process feelings and write in a journal
- Iam – Helps with positive affirmations and includes pop up reminders of selected affirmations
