In these challenging times where many of us are feeling anxious and/or depressed regarding COVID-19 and the changes and isolation that it brings, please know that you can contact me for support. I am providing services virtually through various telehealth modalities. Therapy can be very helpful in processing situations as well as identifying and implementing useful strategies that you can do at home to reduce anxiety and improve your mood.

  • Three Good Things Happen – A happiness for journal for ages 7 and up
  • CalmHarm – Help for teenagers 13 and up who are battling harmful urges
  • Headspace – Helps with guided imagery and meditation. Allows you to write about and process difficult thoughts and feelings. Ages 7 and up
  • Breathe2Relax – Free application that allows you to learn how to extend you in-breaths and out-breaths
  • Meditation Oasis – Meditations are simple and focus on letting go of unnecessary and damaging thoughts; daytime meditations as well as those aimed at improving sleep and reducing anxiety

  • The Greater Good Science Center at – for adults, kids and teens
  • Dailyo – Helps you to set daily goals and will remind you. Allows you to process feelings and write in a journal
  • Iam – Helps with positive affirmations and includes pop up reminders of selected affirmations
